Dialed Bike Service is a precision, SERVICE-focused bike shop on the North Shore. Our focus is on mountain bikes but we work on all bikes because bikes are amazing.

We're a two-person team but we're growing fast and looking for solid mechanics with a passion for mountain biking.

part time bike mechanic

This is an entry-level job for people who are already inclined to work on their own bikes, friends’ bikes, family bikes, etc. We are happy to teach you the way we work on bikes and help you develop your skills here - but if you come with shop experience or training, even better.

Must have: the ability to take initiative and be self-driven, willingness to take on shop cleaning and entry-level work as skills develop, exceptional customer service skills, willingness to learn, and some bike mechanic experience, even if casual.

Job role includes: Shop cleanup, tool cleaning and sorting, customer service and pos work, bike washing, bike building, bike sales, bike mechanic training hours and mentoring, helping with bike maintenance courses, and occasionally running out for parts.

Bonus points for applicants interested in social media content creation and if you’re down for early morning shop rides.

You will have access to staff discounts on products and pay will increase with regular performance check-ins if goals are met. Our team is dedicated to your development and we are a teaching shop, that extends to our customers and to our staff, we want you to love coming to work because it's a place to learn and grow in the bike industry.

$17.50/HR 3-4 shiftS each week, no benefit options for part-time, sorry.
